Belucha 2000, S.L., was founded in 1989, although its founders already had an extensive experience in the past.

The company’s objective is to promote quality housing, adapting to each type of housing with the location chosen, being one of the qualities that makes a difference for this company within the industry.

In the late 70’s, The Campos’ family, built emblematic buildings such as Torre-Espigón in El Campello or Tobago in San Juan Beach (Alicante), and Belucha 2000, S.L., built in San Juan´s residential village called Belucha, Los Lagos by the golf course. Many other buildings as well, including luxury housings in c/ Pablo Iglesias (Alicante city center) and 37 housings in c/ Tomás Aznar Doménech (La Florida).
