The construction is situated on 7 Sorolla St, El Campello, known as the Rincon de la Zofra.
It is a two block connected construction. Block I is composed of 2 floors for basements for garages and storages with a total number of 37 garages and 36 storages with access ramp and stair, the first floor as social premises, dressing rooms, squash court, hydrotherapy, hall and 3 floors with 11 houses. Block II is composed of a floor of basements for storages and 3 floors that make up a total number of 24 houses.
The treatment of the building aims at achieving a double function as to its design, to comply with the current norms and regulations, and also to take care of the aesthetic and volume of compositional considerations
